Clover Honey

This light, fragrant, premium clover honey is sourced from flowers growing in the wild pastures of New Zealand’s South Island and is available in various sizes.

Our honey is produced by honeybees feeding on beautiful clover flowers that grow in the South Island’s vast, clean, unpolluted rolling fields of clover. Honeybees love the nectar of these common, weather-hardy plants, which is why this classic, delicious honey is widely available. Our bees use clover nectar to produce a beautiful, cream-coloured honey with a smooth, delicate flavour. This honey is famously gentle on the palate, with a clean, sweet, mildly floral taste that is beloved worldwide.
